Users should have a goal in mind while visiting a website, like a Facebook page, or reading a piece of information. Filling out a contact form, signing up for a subscription, or sharing your content might all be goals.

  The major barriers were lack of genuine software, inadequate computer equipment and low speed internet, as well as lack of motivation from both sides. Overall, the key issues and challenges found to be significant in using ICT tools by teachers were: limited accessibility and network connection, limited technical support, lack of effective training, limited time and lack of teachers' competency.

  In creating ICT project you need to consider the following factor: Conceptualizing your  project . Researching on available data about your topic. Setting deadline and meetings. Assigning people to various tasks. Finding a web or blog host. Creating  a site map for your website. Listing down all applications that you need including web apps. Funding
